زمانی که فصل بهار به نیمه ی راه می رسد کوهستان های کویر غرق گل و شکوفه می شوند.پرورش گل و گلاب گیری که هزاران سال بصورت خانگی در شهرها و روستاهای اطراف کوه شاه انجام می شده است.

 بانو شهیندخت صنعتی به همراهی همسرشان استاد همایون صنعتی که عمر خود را وقف توسعه ی کشت گل سرخ کردند,با احداث کارخانه ی گلاب گیرگلباعث شدند که گلستان داری تبدیل به شغل و پیشه ی افراد زیادی از روستانشینان دامنه کوه شاه شود. به طوریکه مقام دومین تولید گل سرخ مربوط به این منطقه است.

When the spring is in its halfway, the mountains of Kerman desert are full of flowers and blossoms. The flowering of flowers that have been home-grown for thousands of years in cities and villages around Mount Shah.Mrs Shahindokht Sarlati rand her husband were dedicated their life to developing flowers. Therefore  it is become the job of many villagers in this mountain range.The second rating of roses production is belong to this region.

نکته بینی سخت کوشی و دلسوزی این زوج باعث شد در منطقه ای که به شدت دارای نوسانات دما و بارش و در پی آن خشک سالی و سرمازدگی بود محصولی کاشته شود که دور از این حساسیت ها باشد و بیشترین درآمد را در قبال کمترین هزینه نصیب خانواده های کشاورز کند.

The hard working of this couple caused the plant resistant dog roses to be planted in a region where people are challenging with drought .this plant is not be susceptible to dryness and cold, and would pay the most income from the lowest cost to the farmer's families.

گل محمدی یا به زبان محلی گل سرخ گیاهی درختچه ای و چند ساله است ,نیاز آبی کمی دارد و در خاک شنی و کم قوت کوهستان به خوبی زندگی میکند. 

 

The red flower is the local name of the flower of  damascena rose

This plant grows well in the weak soil of the mountain and in cold weather.

 

ضعف کشور ما در تجارت جهانی باعث شده محصولاتی چون اسانس ,روغن گل,غنچه و گلاب بیشتر در بازارهای داخلی به فروش برسند و با قیمت جهانی خود فاصله ی زیادی داشته باشند . 

The weakness of our country in the world trading has led to the sale of products such as essential oils, flowers, roses and rosewater  more in domestic markets and far behind their world prices.

کوهستان های کرمان شاید تنها نقطه ای از جهان باشد که در ارتفاع 3500 متری از سطح دریا توان کشاورزی داشته و محصولی اندمیک و بومی و ارزشمند چون گل محمدی را در دامان خود می پروراند.

به دلیل همین ارتفاع زیاد و خشک بودن اقلیم به ویژه در شهرستان بافت گیاهان عطر و اسانسی به مراتب بیش از سایر نواحی دارند.

Kerman Mountains is perhaps the only point in the world that can be farmed at an altitude of 3500 meters above sea level and has endemic, indigenous and valuable flowers such as the flower of roses.

Due to the high altitude and dryness of the climate, especially in Baft county , plants have more aromatic and organic plants than other areas.

امیدوارم روزی درهای جهان بر روی محصولات شگفت انگیز ایران باز شود و کشاورزان ما که از سختکوش ترین اقشار جامعه هستند پاداشی برابر زحمتشان دریافت کنند .
